Zoe and Kennan

One of the most adorable things during our visit was watching Zoe and Kennan.  I had to devote an entire blog entry just to these two just to share some of these cute photos.

I was amazed at how much Kennan had grown and changed since we saw him last.  But then again, we had not seen Kennan since Thanksgiving.  That is a downside to having family so far away and spread out, but the upside is you truly appreciate the moments you do get to spend with them.  Kennan recently turned 3 and our Zoe is 2.  These two were fast friends and Kennan stuck to Zoe like glue.  Kennan would love on Zoe, bring her toys, and he looked out for her and even wiped dirt off her when she got dirty!  If Kennan is already so loving, cuddling and smooth, I can't imagine what he'll be like once he lives in Paris for a few years.  Ann and Ray, you better watch out!

Kennan loving on Zoe.  Check out big brother, Dylan, with his big stick.  You better be careful there, Kennan!

Check out that grip!

Kennan was rubbing Zoe's back.

Watch that hand!

Cutie patooties!

Zoe doesn't know what to think of such wonderful treatment.

Sweet cousins!

A Week with the Shellenbargers! Part 1

We just returned home from spending a week with the Shellenbarger side of the family in Delaware.  Dylan and Zoe were so excited to see Grandma and Grandad again and of course all their cousins, aunts and uncles.

A part from the road trip to get there and back, the trip was excellent.  It's a long drive, but the results of being there with everyone totally make it all worth it.  I really enjoyed our trip and the kids had a blast.

Meet the newest family addition.  Malcolm Martin Jones!

This is the oldest cousin, Nicole, with another new family addition, their dog, Tiffany.

Boys will be boys!  It didn't take long before all the boys were wrestling on the floor of Grandma and Grandad's house.  From left to right is Kennan, Daniel, Dylan and Nathan.

Let's take it outside, boys!

My in-laws have the most beautifully landscaped yard.  It's a vacation in and of itself.

Zoe and Daniel.  Who knew playing in the containers could be so much fun?

Such a great week...more to come!
